Things You Need to Know

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged during transit. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery as timestamped by the USPS Tracking. Depending on the style, we will replace or refund you the price of the earrings. The cost of replacement shipping will be covered by R. Vauxhall.

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Orders will ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted on the item.

According to USPS, please allow 30 business days (40 days for international) before filing a claim for a lost package. Please wait the full time before reaching out about a lost package. Shipping times vary due to COVID, so please prepare for that when ordering. 

If the package is returned to sender or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

R. Vauxhall is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, contact us before placing your order.
